After a successful career as a founding member of the Family Practice Associates from 1982 through 2014, Dr. Christopher Chappel founded Chappel Group, LLC in June of 2014 with the idea of providing superior care for senior patients in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. Since then, the Chappel Group team has seen thousands of patients in over 40 facilities located throughout Central Florida. Dr. Chappel has also served as Medical Director of numerous facilities, providing the leadership needed for professional care within these facilities.

We maintain a 24/7 phone line answered by board-certified physicians, certified physician assistants and registered nurse case managers making our team available around the clock to every facility for any urgent medical issue that could occur. We also have a member of our team seeing patients at each facility almost daily.
